Abstract:

为了进一步提高流程经济性,利用Aspen Plus和Aspen Energy Analyzer软件对含硫废气生产二甲基硫醚工艺进行了模拟和能效集成优化,得到优化结果:最小传热温差为13℃;夹点热端温度为77.2℃,冷端温度为54.2℃;优化后整个工艺流程热公用工程能耗下降85.9%,冷公用工程能耗下降63.1%.模拟及优化结果表明,此工艺具有良好的经济效益与环境效益,可为含硫烟气资源化处理生产提供理论指导.
