Abstract:
A Flyback mode inverter adopting compound control strategy which combines feedforward, proportional integral and repetitive control was proposed. The circuit topology, operating mode, control strategy, system stability, controller and the design criteria for key circuit parameters were fully investigated, and important conclusions were obtained. The circuit topology is composed of two bi-directional Flyback DC-DC choppers with their inputs connected in parallel and outputs reversely connected in series. The choppers share the input and output filters. Repetitive control accumulates the errors of past several line cycle. The control value of current cycle was obtained, and the output voltage was regulated cycle by cycle. The designed and developed 1kVA 260VDC/ 220V50HzAC prototype of the compound controlled Flyback mode inverter has excellent performances such as single stage power conversion, high output steady precision, fast transient responses, high quality of output waveforms, strong load adaptability, high conversion efficiency and high reliability, etc. © 2018, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
