Abstract：

A　novel　fluorescent　sensing　platform　for　telomerase　activity　assay　was　developed　by　coupling　a　three-dimensional　(3D)　DNA　walker　with　the　MnO2　nanosheet-upconversion　nanoparticle　(UCNPs)　complex-based　fluorescence　resonance　energy-transfer　(FRET)　system.　©　2019　The　Royal　Society　of　Chemistry.
