Abstract：

Based　on　the　structure　model　of　general　information　system,　the　state　transfer　and　the　analysis　of　security　relation　principle.　A　model　analysis　of　the　security　field　of　information　system　and　the　security　policy　of　access　control　for　Lattice　expansion　was　given,　some　disadvantage　of　the　policy　model　for　general　lattice　were　solved,　and　its　judgment　compare　of　consistency　security　for　access　control　police　was　analyzed.
