Abstract：

A　nonlinear　integro-differential　prey-competition　model　with　infinite　delays　is　investigated.　Sufficient　conditions　are　obtained　for　the　permanence　of　the　system.　©　2007　Elsevier　B.V.　All　rights　reserved.
