Abstract：

A　WCF-based　distributed　WebGIS　framework　which　is　suitable　for　multi-distributed　technology　are　presented　and　desighed.　According　to　the　framework　some　basic　geographic　information　services　are　implemented.　And　the　distributed　WebGIS　is　verified　though　two　different　accessing　patterns　calling　the　geographic　services　and　well　solves　GIS　system　adaptability　problem　in　different　network　and　application　environment.
