Abstract:

首先利用Aspen Plus对丙烷脱氢工艺进行模拟,再利用夹点技术,通过Aspen Energy Analyzer对丙烷脱氢工艺换热网络进行能量分析,找出了用能瓶颈,并进行优化设计.优化设计后的换热网络冷热公用工程用量节能分别为28.3%、30.8%,节能降耗效果明显,经济效益可观.
