以马斯洛需求层次理论为依据,探讨了现行高校教师激励机制构建过程中存在的问题,并结合马斯洛需求层次理论主要观点提出教师激励机制构建的改进方法:完善薪酬福利体系满足高校教师物质需求;健全高校人事政策规章制度满足其安全需求;营造和谐民主的校园氛围满足其社交需求;制定科学合理的评价体系满足其尊重需求;构建科学合理的培训制度满足其自我实现需求。
