Abstract：
台湾地区《公害纠纷处理法》颁布多年,形成了以调处——裁决形式为主,诉讼程序为辅的运行机制,构建了回避、补正、主动调解和干预等相关制度,以公正、迅速、有效处理公害纠纷为价值目标,在公害纠纷处理上取得了良好成效,值得大陆借鉴.
