A　two　species　commensal　symbiosis　model　with　non-monotonic　functional　response　takes　the　form　(Formula　Presented)　is　proposed　and　studied,　where　ai,　bi,　i　=　1;2　c1　and　d1are　all　positive　constants.　We　show　that　the　system　admits　a　unique　globally　asymptotically　stable　positive　equilibrium.　©　2017　Chen　and　Wu.
