Abstract:
采用内冷式搅拌法制备了Al-7Si半固态浆料,研究在不同熔体搅拌初始温度、搅拌头质量占比、搅拌速率、取样温度下合金半固态组织的变化,以及对初生α-Al平均晶粒尺寸和形状因子的影响,分析了内冷式搅拌生成细小近球形组织的机理.结果表明,在熔体搅拌初始温度为625℃,搅拌头质量为5%,搅拌速率为1 200 r/min,取样温度为600℃时,能够制备出初生α-Al晶粒细小圆整的半固态浆料,其平均晶粒尺寸和形状因子分别可以达到64.21 μm和0.649 0.
