Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of organic heat carrier boiler coil's over-temperature coking, heat transfer analysis of the organic heat carrier helical coil are carried out to study how the spiral characteristic parameters, thermal oil viscosity and flow rate to affect helical coil's heat transfer capabilities. The results show that: among the factors affecting the convective heat transfer capacity of the spiral coil, the most obvious is the thermal oil's flow rate, followed by thermal oil's viscosity, helical coil tube diameter has a certain influence on the heat transfer capability, the curvature and pitch of the spiral coil diameter has little influence on the heat transfer capability. © 2015, Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute.
