To　solve　the　problem　of　remote　control　of　the　cold　chamber　die　casting　machine,　a　remote　monitoring　system　for　cold　chamber　die　casting　machine　was　developed　based　on　WinCC　Web　Navigator.　WinCC　Web　Navigator　＂thin　Client＂　system　was　used　to　remote　control　and　monitor　multiple　die　casting　machines＇　HMI　and　production　data　in　the　workshop.　The　result　shows　that　this　system　can　help　the　enterprise　not　only　realize　the　integration　of　management　and　control,　but　also　achieve　the　information　integration　of　the　company.　And　therefore　the　quality　of　castings　and　the　efficiency　of　production　were　improved.　©,　2015,　Journal　Office　of　Special　Casting　and　Nonferrous　Alloys.　All　right　reserved.
