Abstract：

A　target-initiated　proximity　ligation　assay　(PLA)　protocol　accompanying　DNAzyme　formation　was　for　the　first　time　designed　for　ultrasensitive　impedimetric　monitoring　of　heavy　metal　ions　(silver　ions　were　used　in　this　case)　by　coupling　with　enzymatic　biocatalytic　precipitation.　©　2014　the　Partner　Organisations.
