Based　on　the　previous　research　and　its　weaknesses,　this　paper　analyses　patent　storage　problems　in　technology-based　enterprise　and　university＇s　cooperation　under　the　triple　helix　innovation　through　short-supply-allowed　EOQ　model,　and　explores　the　optimal　storage　period,　the　biggest　shortage　and　the　lowest-cost.　Then　this　paper　draws　some　related　conclusions.　©　(2014)　Trans　Tech　Publications,　Switzerland.
