Abstract:

Based on the previous research and its weaknesses, this paper analyses patent storage problems in technology-based enterprise and university's cooperation under the triple helix innovation through short-supply-allowed EOQ model, and explores the optimal storage period, the biggest shortage and the lowest-cost.
