Abstract：

To　solve　the　problem　of　efficiency　and　security　existingin　accessing　control　to　personal　health　records　(PHRs)　through　mobile　client　in　the　environment　of　Cloud　Storage,we　put　forward　a　scheme　for　mobile　applications＇　access　policy　of　PHRs　under　a　semi-trusted　server　framework　through　using　attribute-based　encryption(ABE)and　focusing　on　the　multiple　security　domains　scenario　in　this　paper.　Simulation　experimental　results　show　the　superiority　of　good　security,　efficiency　and　scalability　in　our　program.
