Abstract:

To improve the reusability of knowledge in structural intelligent optimization for complex component, a configurable representation method for structural performance characteristics knowledge was investigated, and the hierarchical organizational structure of component performance knowledge with the detailed characterization representing of structural performance was presented by considering the similar structural characteristics of complex components in the same family. Aiming at the problem for difficulty in representing and reusing the massive knowledge units caused by detailing characteristics, the hierarchical knowledge model based on matrices was constructed. Meanwhile, the strategy of rapid deploying and reusing structural performance characteristics knowledge was explored to improve the efficiency of reusing knowledge. The proposed method was applied in representing the structural performance characteristics knowledge of excavator boom, the corresponding software module of knowledge acquisition and deployment was constructed. The knowledge deployment testing was taken to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
