Abstract:
This study was performed to improve the associated gold recovery from Zijinshan gold-copper mine. The depressant sulfide and flotation copper technology was used in the processing of quickly flotation and first rougher flotation. The present work was aimed to improve the gold recovery rate and not affect the copper recovery by adjusting the pulp density, adding collector BP and depressor HY. In the conditions of the pH value 10.5, dithiophosphate 25g/t, BP 14g/t, 2# oil 3g/t and the HY 25g/t, the recovery of copper and gold can reach 85.02% and 52.50%, respectively. So this processing could improve the recovery rate of copper and gold efficiently, and the aim for increasing the gold recovery was achieved.
