Abstract：

In　this　research,　we　demonstrate　a　label-free　DNA　concantamers-based　biosensor　using　electrochemical　impedance　spectroscopy　for　Pb2+with　a　0.1　nM　detection　limit.　This　sensor　was　used　to　assay　Pb2+in　the　extraction　of　Bauhinia　championi.　This　journal　is　©　the　Partner　Organisations　2014.
