Abstract:

Novel photocatalysts RGO-UiO-66(NH2) were synthesized via an electrostatically derived self-assembly of UiO-66(NH2) with graphene, followed by hydrothermal reduction. Such nanocomposites exhibit enhanced photocatalytic activity for the reduction of Cr(vi) compared with the pristine UiO-66(NH2). © 2014 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
