Abstract：

A　novel　electrochemical　biosensor　for　the　genotyping/detection　of　single-nucleotide　polymorphisms　(SNPs)　of　trace　oral-cancer　salivary　DNA　based　on　junction　probes　containing　2′-deoxyinosine　(dI)　residues　is　described.　©　2010　The　Royal　Society　of　Chemistry.
