Abstract：

A　novel　fluorescent　sensor　for　detection　of　genetically　modified　organisms　was　developed,　and　in　the　sensor　G-quadruplex　DNAzyme　(G-quadruplex-hemin　complex)　was　used　as　the　turn　on　switch.　©　2011　The　Royal　Society　of　Chemistry.
