The　electro-optical　phase　modulator　and　the　circuit　of　homodyne　detection　are　used　to　implement　the　continuous　variable　optical　communication.　In　this　paper,　a　novel　experimental　scheme　was　proposed　based　on　LabVIEW　and　polarization　coding　by　phase　modulation.　It　used　LabVIEW　programming　technique　included　PID　control,　DAQmx　data　acquisition　and　triangle　fit.　Both　the　Jones　matrix　theory　derivation　and　the　experimental　measurements　were　implemented　to　validate　a　certain　output　of　polarization　state.　And　it　provided　a　new　approach　for　the　continuous　variable　QKD.
