Abstract:

The safety of the boiler drum was evaluated according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. The Boiler Drum security evaluation system was set up, and the mathematical model of the boiler drum based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established. The evaluation vector of the factors by using fuzzy statistical method or fuzzy language algorithm was calculated. The grey relative analysis was used to ascertain the weight of each factor. Risk matrix method and level parameters were combined to determine the security level of the boiler drum. The safety evaluation program of boiler drum was developed by using Visual Basic software. The risk grade of the boiler drum in a city has been evaluated by using the program.
