Abstract:

This paper established an evaluation index system of industries' technology import and re-innovation capabilities from the aspects of technology development basis, technology import, digestion and absorption, re-innovation, and environment support. An improved method of grey situation decision based on entropy was introduced to systematically assess technology import and re-innovation capabilities of machinery equipment manufacturing industry, light and textile industry, information industry and photoelectronic industry in Fujian Province in recent 7 years. Through comparing the capabilities of different industries, it analyzed the change tendency of capabilities and its influencing factors. © 2012 IEEE.
