Aiming　at　the　common　phenomena　and　issues　of　Chinese　ancient　village　graduating　away　and　unmerited　protection　and　utilization　of　existing　ancient　villages,　this　paper　compares　overseas　modus　operandi　and　analyzes　the　existing　situation　of　China　country.　Hereby　this　paper　proposes　the　enterprise　management　new　model　and　decision　frame　of　Chinese　ancient　villages＇　protection　and　utilization.　The　analysis　and　conclusions　are　helpful　to　overcome　passive　protection　awareness　which　has　been　all　the　while　derived　from　top　to　bottom.　©　(2012)　Trans　Tech　Publications,　Switzerland.
