Abstract:

This paper presented a mixed integer programming model for APS problem in a supply chain. The proposed APS model considered explicitly capacity constraints, operation sequences, alternative machines and due dates in a multi-enterprise environment. The objective of the model was to minimize the earliness/tardiness penalty for all orders. Numerical results show that the suggested APS model can produce optimal schedules favorably.
