Abstract:

Er3+:NaY(W0.9 Mo0.1O4)2 crystal has been grown by the Czochralski method. The structure of Er3+:NaY(W0.9 Mo0.1O4)2 crystal was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and IR spectra. The structural analysis shows that the structure of NaY(W0.9Mo0.1O4)2 crystal is similar with NYW crystal, which belongs to the tetragonal scheelite-type structure with I4(1)/a space group. The absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and Raman spectra were investigated at room temperature.
