Abstract:

New lithium fast ion conductors of perovskites-type compounds Li3xLa0.67-xInyTi1-2y NbyO3 were synthesized and their crystal structure and electrochemistry behavior were characterized, XRD analysis indicated that the synthetics were pure perovskites solid solution in the composition range of x = 0.10, y < 0.050, while a second phase that In2O3 existed at x=0.10, y ≥ 0.050. A. C. impedance measurements showed their highest ionic conductivity was 5.81 × 10-4 S/cm at room temperature and 1.15 × 10-2/cm at 523 K, its activation energy was 20-30 kJ/mol in the range from room temperation to 523 K. DC polarizing curver illustrated the electrochemical stability of the synthetics were improve.
