Abstract:

The substation truss is a main structure in the power transmission system. To know the quality status of existing substation truss scientifically in time is important for structure repairs and may help avoid the grave engineering accident, ensure the security of power transmission system and reduce possible economic losses. Based on the theory of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and reliability analysis, and combined with internet technology and reliability analysis of structures, the structural quality management system of substation truss using internet and intranet is presented. The daily management, remote analysis, diagnosis and management of substation truss's quality have been realized. Through the application in some 220KV substation, the main process and steps of this system are introduced in details. And its practicability has been verified.
