Abstract:

New perovskite lithium ion conductors with nominal formula of Li4xLa2/3-xTiO3Fx were prepared by solid state reaction. XRD analysis shows that a tetragonal perovskite-structured phase exits in the studied composition range of 0.05 ≤x≤0.14 and the composition of perovskite phase depends on the amount of F. AC impedance measurement indicates that the sample of x = 0.13 possesses the highest ionic conductivity of 2.32 × 10-4 S·cm-1 at room temperature.
