Abstract:

In order to prepare the highest ion conductor of Li2O-SiO2-VO2.5-PO2.5 system. The optimal ratio of starting materials Li2O:SiO2: V2O5:P2O5 has been designed by uniform design. And the high temperature solid state reaction was used to. The result was match the estimate value. The ambient ion conductivity was reach to 10-5 S/cm for the above lithium fast ion conductors system.
