Abstract:

Poly(methyl acrylic lithium ate) composite montmorillonite (MMT.) was prepared by solution and heating. The phase relationship of composite MMT was analyzed through powder XRD, thermal analysis and IR spectra, its ionic conductivity was obtained by AC impedance. We found that MMT can't get pure phase with poly(methyl acrylic lithium ate), only partial poly(methyl acrylic lithium ate) can embed into layer of lattice of MMT. The ionic conductivity of composite MMT is lower than pure MMT at room temperature.
