Abstract:
利用气象色谱-质谱联用(GC-MSD)技术分析不同发酵程度垫料的挥发性物质,共检测到7类22种物质(匹配度≧90,相对含量≧4%).根据挥发性物质的种类和含量,可将30个样品分为4类,分别对应4个发酵级别.Ⅰ级:发酵程度浅;Ⅱ级:发酵程度较深;Ⅲ级:发酵程度深;Ⅳ级:发酵程度很深.利用聚类分析、逐步判别分析,构建垫料发酵程度判别模型:Y1=-2.55-1.78X1+1.118X5+0.3228X6-0.11X8+2.155X9+2.0423X12+0.419X14+0.358X15+1.3403X16+1.4783X17+2.116X18+1.7778X19+0.728X22, Y2=-32.2-8.276X1+4.4647X5+1.1555X6-0.36X8+7.762X9+7.3885X12+1.519X14+1.404X15+4.7393X16+5.2838X17+7.8603X18+7.0997X19+2.989X22, Y3=-52.4-10.95X1+5.1174X5+1.5124X6-0.98X8+11.39X9+10.332X12+2.046X14+1.896X15+6.9559X16+8.8878X17+11.775X18+8.1377X19+4.178X22, Y4=-83.4-12.87X1+6.207X5+1.7829X6-1.15X8+13.22X9+12.019X12+2.657X14+2.318X15+8.0323X16+10.2487X17+16.053X18+9.8704X19+8.447X22,对于1个未知发酵类别的样品,首先测定其挥发性物质组成,选择X1~X22,代入方程计算,计算Yi,当Yi当1≦Yi≦2时,归为发酵程度Ⅰ类;当2<Yi≦3时,归为发酵程度Ⅱ类;当3<Yi≦4时,归为发酵程度Ⅲ类;当Yi>4时,归为发酵程度Ⅳ类.判别模型对垫料发酵程度级别的判别准确率达96.67%,精确度可以满足垫料发酵程度归类.为建立养猪微生物发酵床垫料发酵程度判别模型标准和计算机自动分析方法,提供可靠的基础.
