Abstract:

  运用广义梯度密度泛函理论结合周期性平板模型方法,研究了N2O 和Cu 在完整四方ZrO2(101)表面的吸附及N2O 在Cu/ZrO2(101)的吸附与解离[1,2].结果表明,N2O 在完整表面的吸附均为物理吸附,N2O 以N端垂直吸附在Cu/ZrO2(101)表面为最稳定吸附位,吸附能为121.6 kJ/mol.
