Abstract:
准确的电动机热保护特性是实现准确的电动机保护的关键.本文根据异步电动机定子等效热路,建立了定子绕组温度的动态模型.应用定子三维有限元温度场仿真模型的仿真结果,确定动态模型的关键参数.在此基础上,本文提出并建立了基于双指数函数拟合的异步电动机定子绕组运行最高温度的仿真模型与热保护特性.提出变动定子绕组损耗下的绕组实时温度预测算法并验证其准确性,为实现准确的电动机温度保护奠定基础.
