Abstract:

  本文基于污泥的生物能源特性,利用污泥作为内燃料制备多孔烧结砖.研究了污泥配比、生物能利用率和成品砖性能之间的关系.在污泥掺量为11%(以干污泥计),冲头压强为16MPa,10000℃阶梯升温焙烧条件下,烧结砖的生物能利用率达70%,砖体平均抗压强度大于11.2MPa,符合GB13544-2000《烧结多孔砖》中MU10级的要求,砖体表面良好,无裂缝,泛霜等现象.砖体无病菌和重金属污染隐患,平均放射性核素IRa=0.3,Iv=0.4,满足GB6566-2001《建筑材料放射性核素限量》中IRa≤1.0,Iv≤1.3的要求.
