Abstract:
本文采用四探针测试仪、循环伏安法(CV)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和热分析仪分别考察了乙二醇掺杂前后的聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)/聚苯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)薄膜电导率随温度变化的关系以及薄膜电化学性能、表面形貌和热失重行为。结果显示乙二醇掺杂后PEDOT/PSS薄膜的电导活化能从0.282ev下降到0.07ev,表明掺杂后PEDOT分子链的构象由卷曲转变为伸展;CV曲线上掺杂后氧化峰从0.3V负移到-0.2V,说明掺杂后PEDOT分子链链内电导率提高;AFM显示在掺杂后薄膜表面PSS与PEDOT/8PSS发生相分离,表明掺杂后PEDOT分子链链间的电导率提高;TG曲线显示乙二醇掺杂使PEDOT/PSS初始热分解温度由298.15℃降至282.5℃,并且掺杂后的薄膜在乙二醇沸点以上的温度加热未见电导率降低,这说明乙二醇是通过氢键与PEDOT/PSS相连。
