Abstract：
综合介绍了目前国内外利用磁控溅射和电弧离子镀这两种工艺制备TiAlN薄膜以及影响TiAlN薄膜制备的工艺因索。着重分析了铝在TiAlN膜层中作用及对膜层性能的影响。简要介绍了其它合金元素对膜层性能的影响并指出了TiAlN膜层技术的发展趋势。
