Abstract:
用不同的过滤方式对电容器用铝材(1100合金)进行过滤净化处理试验,用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对该材料进行微观组织和拉伸断口观察和分析。结果表明:双级过滤的效果明显优于单级过滤,除杂率由13.19%提高到42.36%,该材料的力学性能得到了一定程度的提高;30+50ppi(进口)双级过滤能有效去除氧化物夹杂,改善铝铸轧板的偏析,提高了成品板材的力学性能(抗拉强度、伸长率、塑性应变比),明显改善了终产品的深冲性能。
