Abstract:
针对环境功能涂料制备过程中负离子复合粉体在水性涂料中极易团聚、分散性差的问题,以提高分散稳定性为目的,采用溶胶-凝胶法以Na2SiO3为包覆剂成功地制备了分散性优良的负离子粉体.通过不同的添加量,研制能够产生最大负离子浓度的功能涂料.结果表明,负离子粉体能稳定高效的产生负离子,其负离子发生量与粉体的质量、温度与测量距离有着密切的关系.
