Abstract：
以食品胶体粉末——卡拉胶为对象,对其进行臭氧杀菌处理,并对其效果作了较全面的研究和分析,探讨臭氧对卡拉胶粉末杀菌的作用情况,取得了良好的效果,对粉末类产品的生产起到一定的指导作用,为粉末杀菌开辟了一条新思路.
