Abstract：
本文在(超)声场下,用Sol-gel法制备了TiO＜,2＞凝胶.将凝胶在常温下用真空干燥得到干凝胶A,将干凝胶在400℃下煅烧2h,得超细TiO＜,2＞粒子B.通过X-ray粉末衍射表明A、B均为锐钛矿型晶体,由Scherrer公式求得平均晶粒粒径D＜,101＞分别为2.4nm,8.7nm.并与非(超)声场中制备的粒子(记作C)进行比较.用FT-IR、FT-Raman、DRS分别对三种粉粒进行了表征.
