Abstract:

双相TiAl基合金塑性变形的微观机制分析表明,由于γ相仅通过位错的滑移和形变孪生不能任意改变形状,所以不能满足多晶体TiAl基合金晶粒间产生协调变形的必要条件.根据上述分析推导出多晶体TiAl基合金室温下断裂应变ε<,f>和晶粒直径d的关系为:ε<,f>=a/(d+b)+c,上式与文献报道的实验结果非常吻合.
