Abstract：
领导干部作为社会主义现代化建设的攻坚力量,其法治思维能力的培植对于“中国法治梦”的实现具有至关重要的作用.在法治建设过程中,要注重培植领导干部的合法性思维、权利义务思维、公平正义思维、治官治权思维等法治思维,这将成为实现“中国法治梦”的基石.
