Abstract：
在国家推出《中国制造2025》的先决之年，福建省成为第二批自由贸易试验区，21世纪海上丝绸之路建设的排头兵和主力军。如何更好地引导制造业企业作出调整，去适应新背景新环境，成为政府关注的重大议题。
