Abstract:

测试了不同砌块墙体的热工性能,推导了多层墙体不稳定传热的传热系数,并编制相应的计算程序对不同材料墙体的传热系数进行了理论计算.结果表明:当在墙体内外侧面粉刷20 mm厚普通砂浆或保温砂浆时,190 mm再生混凝土自保温砌块墙体的传热系数为1.940 W/(m2·K)或0.961W/(m2·K),分别比相同条件下240 mm黏土砖墙体和190 mm普通混凝土砌块墙体的传热系数降低2.95%,36.02%或1.44%,17.79%;再生混凝土自保温砌块墙体的传热系数受砌块中再生细骨料和玻化微珠掺量影响,当玻化微珠掺量(体积分数)大于60%时,各种墙体传热系数相差不大;不同墙体传热系数的实测值和理论计算值的差值小于5%.再生混凝土自保温砌块墙体具有良好的节能效果,具有工程应用价值.
