以高磺化度的木质素磺酸钠为原料,经化学改性后,再与三聚磷酸钠配伍制备出复合型改性木质素基钻井液用降粘剂.考察了体系pH值、二氧化锰用量、氧化温度对合成产物高温降粘率的影响,通过响应曲面法优化得到的最佳工艺条件为氧化温度为70.5℃,二氧化锰用量为7.0%,体系pH值为6.2,此时降粘率为94.53%.
