Abstract:
以煤沥青为原料、甲醛为改性剂及草酸为催化剂来制备改性煤沥青.通过核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、X射线衍射(XRD)谱图对沥青微观结构进行表征.通过残炭率、软化点及其粘度与温度间的关系研究沥青的流变性能.结果表明:甲醛含量对改性沥青性能影响极大.改性煤沥青的残炭率、软化点随甲醛含量的增加先增大后减小,当甲醛/煤沥青的值为0.1时,残炭率(55.1%)和软化点(96℃)均达到最佳值.随着温度升高,改性沥青的粘度和粘流活化能均下降,这有利于改善煤沥青的浸渍技术工艺操作.
