Abstract:
采用高温固相法合成了Li2Y4-xSmx(MoO4)7系列红色荧光粉.合成的最佳条件为:700℃烧结2h,最佳助熔剂H3BO3的含量为3%(质量分数),Sm3+离子的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为6%;探讨了引起浓度猝灭的原因.结果表明:此系列荧光粉能够被405 nm的紫外光有效激发,在646nm处发射较强的红光,对应于Sm3+的4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁.
